CURRICULUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. Grant of Rights. Our Daily Bread Ministries (ODBM) hereby grants to Licensee the non-exclusive right and license to access Immerse for Schools web properties to digitally distribute and/or download and print copies of the lesson plans, activities, assessments, and prep materials included in Immerse for Schools.

II. Restrictions.

a. This license is restricted to the number of Seats purchased, as specified in Section III.

b. This license is for the Term specified in Section III.

c. This license is for use only by Licensee and only for educational purposes. Licensee is not permitted to sell or distribute copies of the curriculum or Immerse: The Reading Bible volumes, nor grant access or use, to any third parties.

III. Licenses, Fees and Term. The license fee set forth below grants access to Immerse for Schools for the persons and term, as follows:

a. Teacher License: Each Teacher license authorizes a specified teacher to access the lesson plans, prep materials, activities, and assessments for a 1-year Term, for planning and preparation and to display to a class of students who are covered under the student license. In addition, the Teacher license includes one copy of the selected Immerse volume, one copy of the Immerse for Schools journal.

b. Student License: Each Student License authorizes a specified student to access the activities and assessments for a 1-year Term. In addition, the Student license includes one copy of the selected Immerse volume and one copy of the Immerse for Schools journal. The Student License is a personal license and may not be “shared” by more than one student.

c. Fees:

i. Teacher license: The fee for each Teacher license is $21.50 per school year.

ii. Student license: The fee for each Student license is $21.50 per school year.

IV. Termination. In the event of a breach of any of the terms of this Agreement, Our Daily Bread Ministries shall have the right to immediately terminate this license.
